PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Wichita State men's team is seventh through two rounds of the Grand Canyon University Invite with both Gage Ihrig and Conrad Walcher leading the Shockers individually after finished tied for 22nd. 

Ihrig carded an even par 71 through the first 188 before shooting a 2-over 73 in round two to end at 144. Walcher finished with the same score after carding identical scores of 72 and 72 through each round.

Erik Angesten was the only Shocker to go under par with a 2-under 69 in round two to end the day tied for 30th with 145.

A further stroke behind is Adrien Michellod at tied for 36th. Michellod shot 74 and 72 to finish with 146. 

Missouri is the runaway team leaders, carding 279 and 278 to finish 11-under on 557. Pacific and UC Riverside are tied for second with 565 and Wichita State back in seventh at 577.
