WICHITA, Kan. – Tickets to the 2018 American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship go on sale Friday, Dec. 15.
Wichita State fans may purchase seats through the Shocker Ticket Office, in person or by phone at 316-978-FANS, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Ticket packages made available to the general public on Dec. 15 include lower-level and premium seats and cover all 11 games of the championship.
The 2018 championship will be held March 8-11 at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. with early round coverage on ESPN Networks. CBS will carry the semifinals and championship game. All 12 American Athletic Conference teams will be competing for the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship.
The event begins Thursday, March 8 with four first-round games. The top-four teams in the regular season standings earn a bye to the quarterfinal round on Friday, March 9, and winners take part in a semifinal doubleheader on Saturday, March 1-. The championship tips at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, just prior to the announcement of the 2018 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament field.

The Amway Center hosted the 2016 American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship, which culminated in UConn capturing the tournament crown.
