ST. LOUIS  --  Wichita State's Nikki Larch-Miller has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Female Field Athlete of the Week after winning the Pentathlon Friday at Northern Iowa, it was announced by the conference office.

Larch-Miller won the Pentathlon on Friday with a career-best point total, and the second-best point total in Shocker history, with 4,085 points at the Jack Jennett Open inside the UNI Dome. The converted mark of 4,107 is the fifth-best in the NCAA this year.

At UNI in the Pentathlon competition, she won the 800 meters (2:21.11), the 60 meter hurdles (8.42), the long jump (192.75/5.86m), tied for first in the high jump (5-5.25/1.66m), and was second in the shot put (37-09.5/11.52m).
