Drake Invitational Draw
WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita State women's tennis team will kick off the fall season at the Drake Invitational at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center in Des Moines, Iowa on Sept. 16-18.
Tournament play begins on Friday at 10 a.m. with two rounds of doubles and one round of singles play. Competition continues on Saturday with two rounds of singles and one of doubles. The final rounds of singles and doubles will be played on Sunday, beginning at 9 a.m.
The eight-time defending Missouri Valley Conference champions are part of a nine-team field that also includes: Creighton, Drake, Iowa State, North Dakota, Northern Colorado, Northern Iowa, South Dakota and Upper Iowa.

The Shockers last competed in the Drake Invitational in 2012.
