CHANDLER, Ariz. - The Wichita State men's golf team finished in eighth place at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic. The Shockers shot 291-289-289 for a total of 869 at the Classic.

Jacob Bishop finished tied for 13th place after shooting 71-70-72 for a total of 213. Bishop picked up his third top-20 finish on the season.

Grant Bennett finished tied 16th place, scoring 70-76-68 for a total of 214. Bennett earned his tenth top-20 finish on the year.

Alec Heinen finished tied for 37th after carding 75-69-75 to total 219.

Gage Ihrig shot 75-76-74 to finish with a score of 225, putting him in a tie for 72nd place.

Max Mason finished tied for 80th place after scores of 76-74-76 for a score of 226.

Conrad Walcher played as an individual at the Classic. Walcher finished tied for 37th place after carding 71-72-76 for a total of 219.

The Shockers will wrap up the regular season on April 16-17, as they head to Iowa City to play in the Hawkeye Invitational.
