WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State men's golf team heads to the Bill Ross Intercollegiate in Overland Park, Kan., October 3rd and October 4th for the fourth straight season.
The Shockers took home first place last season after carding 878 through the three rounds. In what has become a fall regular for the Shockers,
Grant Bennett had a then career best performance winning his first collegiate competition by eight strokes.
This year the competition will feature teams such as Grand Canyon, South Dakota, Western Illinois, SIU Edwardsville alongside fellow MVC rival Missouri State.
Held at the Creekmore Golf Club in Raymore, Mo., the 7,400 yard par-72 course will play host to 54 holes over the two days which will begin at 8:30 a.m. CT each day.
